That's why MemberSuite is hosting The Hangout - a two-day virtual party for association professionals to network, catch up with peers, and have fun after the learning portion of the day on August 10th and 11th.
Whether you just have time to join a trivia game or want to dance to live music at the Beach stage, register, download the application, and come hang out with us at The Echo, our virtual venue.

The 3D virtual venue can be accessed by downloading an application to your PC or Mac computer. The steps to download and tips to control your avatar will be emailed a few days before the event.
Once your avatar is dressed, we invite you to explore and have fun. Review the agenda, pop in and out as much as you want, and stay as long as you like.
For help with installation, contact support@eventfarm.com. The use of headphones with a built-in microphone is critical to reduce sound feedback and provide the best experience.

How much do tickets cost?
Registration is free but requires a code. If you don’t have a code and would like to attend, tweet @MemberSuite asking for the #MemberSuiteHangout code.
I’ve attended previous virtual events hosted by MemberSuite/Event Farm. Do I still need to download the application?
Yes! We have a new virtual campus that has its own application, and therefore can’t be accessed through the campus you’ve downloaded before. With that said, once you download it, you can use the same account credentials you created previously to log in.
Do I need any specific hardware to attend the event?
Just a desktop computer or laptop (PC or Mac) that can install applications and has access to the internet. We also strongly encourage the use of a headset or headphones with a built-in microphone to avoid sound feedback when you are talking with others.
Who is able to attend the event?
All welcome! The Hangout is intended to add some fun after the ASAE Virtual Annual sessions, but the event is not associated with ASAE and doesn’t require ASAE registration. With that said, we do have limited tickets available so don’t wait to register!

What’s the dress code?
Express yourself! Your avatar will have a closet full of options. To be on theme, we recommend a cowboy hat and boots on August 10th, and flip flops and sunglasses on August 11th.
